Task Requirements:.
Troubleshoot by executing an inquiry, triage and diagnose that causes the repair of ourcustomer's computer, printer and/or server over the phone.
Make the right part determination for the repair work.
Provide remote Help Desk Support to our customer's and area technicians.

Required Skills:.
Experience with general PC hardware and/or networking.
Working expertise of domestic or commercial printers/scanners.
Sturdy issue fixing abilities with a capability to deal with difficult client phone calls.
Capability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced setting.
Comfortable with being on the phone all the time.
Ability to touch kind at 35-40 wpm.
Professional interpersonal and interaction capabilities supplying outstanding client service.

Education and learning:.
Secondary school Grad or GED.
CompTIA credentials (A+ Equipment, Network+ and PDI) preferred however not called for.
CAT5 cabling experience a plus.
